So I just got my baby back out of the shop maybe 2-3 weeks?!? Just got my Dimished value check too [clap]

and what happens?

on the road the other night I see some flat dark shape on the highway, the truck in front of me passes over it and then as my car gets to it, the thing lifts up like the freaking undertaker* and hits my car on the front right side. It was close, but I still was too afaird to swreve out of my lane.

knocked my right front foglight out, and left some black stains... I was able to wash the stains off though, just gotta get a new foglight part.


THEN today at a stop light I get rearended by some lady [B)] [bash] [:(!] lucky for me there was a cop right there. The lady asked if I would keep this out of insurance and just give her quotes.... heh hey how easy is it to install a BMW bumper? Waiting to get a quote back from my dealership.... figure I could get some BITCH tax out of this heh

Man, pick up every penny on the floor you find, go searching for 4 leaf clovers, and start doing a ton of good deeds! Good luck man. You need it desparately.

I'm going to get a quote on the entire job monday and fax it to the lady. I've checked over the damage, and really I think I could get away with some spot paint and 1 new rear reflector... there is a dent, but its kinda a long sloping one, not a real sharp dinger...

so 1) I could just keep the cash she gives me and fix up what I can and make due :)

or 2) the cash quote is too high for her and I'll just get her insurance to buy me a new bumper...

I've learned to think on the positive sides of accidents, heh I guess learned that from too much experience :(

So what was the "black undertaker*" thing that was in the rode. Do you believe in karma? Maybe yours and your cars karma don't match. I would sell it and buy a new one, you might have better luck. Sorry to hear about the repeated incidences.
